Cold Brew Blend
Make cold brew at home!
We developed this blend of beans to make a delicious and smooth cold brew drink. Making cold brew in your own kitchen is easy, here’s where to start:
Grab a big jar or a pitcher with a lid. Grind the coffee beans to a course texture (or we will send it to you already ground).
Add one part of our cold brew blend to four parts water (1:4).
Stir. Let it sit on the counter for around 12 hours.
To strain the mixture, grab a coffee filter (or a towel, or a cheese cloth), and put it into a sieve. Pour the coffee through it to catch the grinds.
You now have coffee concentrate! Before drinking, mix the concentrate with an equal amount of water or milk.
Store the concentrate in the fridge and feel free to play around with this recipe to your taste!
